Carly Pschorr
APSW
Hi! I’m Carly (she/her), an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW). I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful and effective therapy. I approach my work with authenticity, empathy, and a nonjudgmental presence.
Together, we will collaborate to identify goals that support lasting change and healing in your life. I value your autonomy and freedom and will regularly invite your feedback about what is and isn’t working for you in therapy. My aim for our work is to provide a supportive environment where you can build hope, navigate the discomfort that often comes with change and growth, and celebrate your wins.
My professional background includes trauma-informed care and working with survivors of domestic violence. I’m deeply committed to providing feminist, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, ethical nonmonogamy and poly-affirming, and BIPOC-allied care.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a certified yoga teacher, which informs my practice. I value a holistic, mind-body approach that honors the interconnectedness of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, and I strive to integrate this perspective into the therapeutic process when it aligns with your needs.
