Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change, even when they can see them but aren’t sure how to move forward.

When we begin working together, I support you in slowing things down enough to get underneath those patterns and understand what’s happening in a more direct, lived way. This often means noticing how stress, emotion, and experience show up in the moment—not just as thoughts, but as something you can begin to recognize and relate to differently over time.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist and Certified Yoga Therapist offering a somatic, mind-body approach that brings together internal experience and the lived experiences and systems that shape it. I understand these patterns as meaningful adaptations shaped by lived experience and environment, not personal failure.

My work is grounded in somatic therapy and informed by yoga therapy. I integrate mindfulness, breath awareness, gentle movement, and conversation in a way that fits you and what feels manageable in the moment. Some sessions are more reflective and verbal, and others focus more on noticing internal experience and staying with it in a supported way.
I offer a warm, collaborative space where people feel supported and able to move at a pace that feels right for them.
Rather than focusing on “fixing” symptoms, we work on understanding what they are communicating and finding ways to relate to them with more awareness and support. Over time, this can create more flexibility in how you relate to stress, emotion, and long-standing patterns. Therapy is shaped by your needs and paced with care, with attention to what you’re experiencing now and the broader context of trauma, identity, systems, and life circumstances.
I frequently work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, chronic pain, disordered eating, postpartum mood concerns, OCD, and the experience of feeling stuck.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel more connected to yourself, more supported from within, and more able to move toward meaningful change in a way that feels sustainable for you.
If you’re interested in working together, I’m happy to connect and talk through what you’re looking for and what might feel like the right fit.
